Overview Located approximately 75 km from Chan May Port, Hoi An Ancient Town is an exceptionally preserved 16th-century trading port and UNESCO World Heritage Site. This private shore excursion allows you to explore Hoi An’s historic architecture, lantern-lit streets, and vibrant heritage at a relaxed pace.
- Option 1 – Inside-Port Pickup: Our driver will pick you up right by the ship docking area. Please note that Chan May Port charges an access fee of $20 per passenger (not per vehicle) for this option.
- Option 2 – Port Gate Pickup (No Extra Fee): Alternatively, you can take a short 500-meter walk to the main port gate, where our representative will meet you holding a sign with your name. No port access fee applies to this option.
Itinerary
Morning Pickup & Scenic Transfer: Our guide and driver will meet you at Chan May Port and begin the drive south toward Hoi An.
- Lang Co Beach & Hai Van Pass: Stop briefly at Lang Co Beach to take in views of its white sand shoreline, before ascending the winding Hai Van Pass for photos of the mountain and ocean landscape.
- Marble Mountains: Visit the famous cluster of five limestone hills in Da Nang. Walk through natural cavern temples, view Buddhist shrines, and visit the Non Nuoc Marble Carving Village at the foot of the mountain.
Lunch in Hoi An: Arrive in Hoi An and enjoy a authentic lunch at a local restaurant featuring iconic central Vietnamese dishes.
- Hoi An Walking Tour: Experience a guided walking tour through the pedestrian streets of the Old Town. Visit architectural highlights including the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Old House, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, and Hoi An Central Market. Enjoy free time to shop for custom tailoring, handicrafts, and souvenirs.
Return Transfer: At approximately 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM, meet your driver for the return transfer back to Chan May Port (without guide) to ensure a safe and timely arrival before your ship sails.
