07:30 AM – 08:00 AM | Hotel Pick-up in Hoi An & Transfer to Da Nang
Our driver and tour guide pick you up at your hotel lobby in Hoi An and depart for Da Nang City (approx. 35 km transfer).
08:30 AM – 10:15 AM | Son Tra Peninsula & Lady Buddha Statue
Arrive at Son Tra Peninsula (Monkey Mountain) to admire the giant Lady Buddha statue set against a stunning mountain backdrop and a vast bonsai garden. Enjoy a gentle walk, taking in fresh breezes and captivating local stories.
10:15 AM – 12:00 PM | Marble Mountains & Am Phu Cave Discovery
- 10:15 AM: Stop by Non Nuoc stone carving village to witness Da Nang’s premier traditional handicraft. Ascend Marble Mountains (stair walk or optional elevator at own expense) to visit historic 19th-century pagodas from the Nguyen Dynasty and explore Huyen Khong and Tang Chon Caves.
- 11:30 AM: Explore the largest, most fascinating cave in the cluster, Am Phu Cave, learning about Buddhist philosophies and taking photos of amazing natural rock formations.
12:00 PM – 01:00 PM | Authentic Vietnamese Lunch
Savor a delicious lunch featuring authentic local Vietnamese cuisine at a local restaurant.
01:00 PM – 04:30 PM | Transfer to My Son Sanctuary & Heritage Discovery
- 01:00 PM: Board the minivan back to Hoi An city for drop-off and pick-up of remaining travelers, then depart for My Son Sanctuary—a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site.
- 02:30 PM: Arrive at My Son Sanctuary. Spend 2 hours walking through the scenic valley, exploring ancient Champa architecture and history with your local English-speaking guide, and enjoying traditional Champa dance performances.
04:30 PM – 06:00 PM | Thu Bon River Sunset Boat Cruise & Banh Mi Tasting
- Return to the minivan for a quick transfer to the wharf, then board a scenic boat cruise along the Thu Bon River—the largest river in Central Vietnam.
- Enjoy the cool river breeze, capture stunning photos of local activities along the riverbank at sunset, and savor delicious Vietnamese Banh Mi on board.
06:00 PM – 06:30 PM | Return Transfer & Hotel Drop-off in Hoi An
Arrive in Hoi An and transfer back to your hotel lobby. Service ends.
Notes: There are 146 steps up from the foot of Marble Mountain to the first stop (Xa Loi Tower) and then 136 steps up to the second stop (the cave system). You can use the elevator for the first 146 steps (at your own expense).
